We will also go on an adventure of our own as we take a ride down the Red River aboard the “Spirit of the Red” River Cruise!
Air Racers Fasten your seat belt for a thrilling ride through the history and science of aviation! We will jump in the cockpit for the “Air Racers” IMAX experience of high-speed flight from the fighter pilots of World War I, to the daredevils who compete in the National Championship Air Races outside Reno, Nv. today. Hands-on activities teach campers the basic principles of flight.
Body Works Come take a look inside yourself! What happens in your body when you come home from school, smell cookies baking, run to the kitchen to see if they’re done and take one? Imagine you eat the whole cookie and drink a glass of milk. Come learn how many body systems are involved and what roles each of them play in everyday activities!
Critter Camp* The camp is an animal lover’s dream come true! We will offer a variety of hands-on learning opportunities that support the bond between humans and animals by nurturing knowledge, compassion and respect toward all living things. Each day we will visit a different species! Plus, get hands-on with live sting rays, horseshoe crab, starfish and sea urchins all from the gulf coast!
